Since 1997 we have being managing apartment blocks in the greater Dublin area.In recent times this sector has suffered from poor media and feeling from some apartment owners that they are paying very high service charges and getting very little in return.

 

We try to make the whole process as transparent as possible especially in the area of expenditure where we publish a break down of all the items of expenditure for each financial year.In addtion we always obtain three quotes for all areas of large capital epxenditure and ensure we get value for money in the process.

 

From our experience of the sector we have a good knowledge and understanding of all the related areas.From lease covenants,insurance,service charge collection,and company law it requires a wide range of skills to run a management company properly.

 

 

The new Mud Act has now become law and will require

management companies and developers to comply with extensive new legislation.

 

 

Our apartment block service covers smaller blocks of 15 units up to a complex of over 100 units.

Emergency After hour Service:

 

We provide a 24 hour emergency service for after hour issues such as water leaks,lift break down,Break ins,

Cleaning we have our own cleaning contractors who provide cleaning services to complexes we manage on  a cost basis to

Free Project management service on all projects we manage. We have huge experience of managing a variety of projects.

 

Financial management including service charge collection, accounting, and

preparation of accounts for annual audit. We provide reports on service charge accounts and expenditure to directors on a regular basis.

 

Ensure compliance with all legislation including Fire Services Act 1981,Health and safety acts, Company office legislation, and the

recent Multi Unit Development Act 2011. 

 

Administration of all contracts landscaping, Lift Maintenance, Cleaning,
