Tim Mc Donald has being letting residential property since 1993.He has huge knowledge in the area and works hard to ensure all lettings are done properly and no short cuts taken.

All viewings are done by him in person to ensure proper tenant selection.Propspective tenants must provide references in advance of moving in and these are all vetted and examined.A tenancy agreement with a full inventory of the property is drawn up and signed by the tenants.Utility accounts are changed over to the names of the tenants.

All properties are registered with the private residential tenancy board on behalf of the landlord.

Tenants have to pay one months rent and one months deposit in advance of moving in.

Tim will show the property until suitable tenants are obtained and consult with his

clients at all times.

He shows property six days a week to all tenants and is available to all clients six days a week. We provide a client lead service that few firms will match.
