We provide a property management service to a wide range of property owners from the person working over seas to the professional investor with a private portfolio.
Our service is hands on and we are available to tenants/landlords six days a week including evenings/weekends.We provde a full maintenance service to all property under our management.This includes a refurbishment service to landlords pre and post letting.
As part of our service we do inspections during and at the end of the tenancy period.Also we ensure any issues tenants make contact us on are dealt with promptly and in a cost effective manner.
We also provide a management service to owners of student accommodation,Pre 63 property,and short term lettings.Also for landlords we extensive property holdings both in Ireland and Abroad we provide an administration service which includes monthly rent reconcilation statements,rental renewals,and dealing with external contractors.
Property requires a hands on approach to ensure it is run properly and that the best returns are obtained.Tim Mc Donald ensures all clients are kept to date on all issues and their property interests are managed properly at all times.
