Since 1996 we have provided a comprehensive apartment block management service.Apartment Block Management has suffered from poor media in recent times and many apartment owners would feel they are paying very high service charges and getting very little in return.

We deal with all issues including management company matters,financial management,maintenance issues,project management of larger projects,company secretary obligations,and deal with local authorities on compliance issues.

In addition we try to ensure value for money is always obtained and we ensure a competitve tendering process is followed for large expense items.

Having being involved in the sector for 14 years we have huge knowledge of all areas and we try to implement this knowledge to ensure any complex we manage is done properly.

We monitor all service charge accounts on a monthly basis and we try to ensure we can obtain high collection rates on all accounts to ensure there are funds available for the complex to function properly.
