(3) Refurbishment of property undetaken on behalf of clients we have our own panel of tradesman.

(4) Lease renewals,dealing with tenant queries,and ensuring all matters are dealt with quickly.

(5) Rental collection and statements provided on a monthly basis.

(6) Accountiing/book keeping service to large property owners including monthly  rent reconcilations.

(7) Property inspections

In reality we provide a comprehensive property management service from getting a washing machine fixed to refurbishing a property including furnishing.

We are able to project manage larger building works such as extensions,roof repairs,damp proofing works.
